Rumba is a coral short trying to give a fresh and close look at a neighborhood, my neighborhood, and above all its simple, complex and vital people. The characters, played mostly by friends and neighbors doing themselves, are a touch in a modus viviendi, where the private senses, and the public is a place of refuge and expiation of the dramas that every son has doors inward.
