Escac Sitges Fantastic Academy
Cine Base is organising the Escac Sitges Fantastic Academy workshop on 13th, 14th and 15th October as part of the Sitges Film Festival with the aim of implementing audiovisual narrative in the classroom.
The Escac Sitges Fantastic Academy workshop is aimed at educational centres and schools where students will learn in a practical way how to transmit and make a short film related to the theme (horror, suspense, fantastic, mystery… ) through audiovisuals.
The Escac Sitges Fantastic Academy workshop works in teams, with groups of 5 depending on the number of students per class and is offered to two different age groups:
- 10 to 16 years old (compulsory secondary education).
- 16 to 18 years (baccalaureate or vocational training).
Following the learning by doing methodology, students will be introduced to the audiovisual creation process for 2 hours to develop a short horror film through exercises from the Narrative Manual.
Led by a teacher from Cine Base – ESCAC who will help you and offer you the tools to achieve it.
Join Sitges Academy and discover how to tell stories! Write to firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
