{"id":41876,"date":"2022-10-28T11:16:22","date_gmt":"2022-10-28T11:16:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/escac.com\/?p=41876"},"modified":"2022-11-02T11:57:56","modified_gmt":"2022-11-02T11:57:56","slug":"the-final-degree-short-film-nadia-is-candidate-for-the-gaudi-awards","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/escac.com\/en\/noticias\/the-final-degree-short-film-nadia-is-candidate-for-the-gaudi-awards\/","title":{"rendered":"The Final Degree short film NADIA is candidate for the Gaud\u00ed Awards"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today the candidates for the 15th edition of the <strong>Premis Gaud\u00ed de l&#8217;Acad\u00e8mia del Cinema Catal\u00e0<\/strong> have been announced and we are very happy to have one more year with a final year short film among the selected films:<strong> NADIA<\/strong> directed by <strong>Sofia Farr\u00e9<\/strong> and produced by <strong>Olga Doganoc<\/strong> and <strong>Anna Moragriega.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Congratulations to the whole team!<\/p>\n<p>The short film has been selected for several festivals, including the Malaga Film Festival, the BCN Film Fest, MECAL and the Huelva Ibero-American Film Festival, among others.<\/p>\n<p>The Catalan Film Academy is once again organising the traditional <strong>screening of short films nominated for the Gaud\u00ed Awards<\/strong>, which this year will take place on Tuesday 8th November at 18:30h, at the Cines Girona (Calle de Girona, 175).<\/p>\n<p>Synopsis<br \/>\nN\u00e0dia, an eighteen-year-old model absorbed by the world of fashion and exhibitionism on social networks, wants to have an operation on a small deformity in her ears, an obsession that runs parallel to her father&#8217;s never-ending cancer.<\/p>\n<p>The Final Degree (TFG) and Master&#8217;s Degree (TFM) are the short films with which ESCAC students graduate.
