In this 32nd edition, the categories with ESCAC talent are editing and short films:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Laura Ferr\u00e9s por <em>Los desheredados<\/em><\/strong> (Short Film Documentary)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Carlos Solano<\/strong> (Master in Film Directing alumni) <strong>por <em>Extra\u00f1os en la carretera<\/em><\/strong> (Short Film Fiction)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ana Pfaff por <em>Estiu 1993<\/em><\/strong> (Editing)<\/li>\n<li><strong>David Gallart por <em>Abracadabra<\/em><\/strong> (Editing)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Laura Ferr\u00e9s <\/strong>and <strong>Ana Pfaff<\/strong> won last Sunday the<strong> Gaud\u00ed Award<\/strong> of the Catalan Film Academy for the same works for which they are nominated for the Goya Awards; <strong>Best Short Film<\/strong> for <em><strong>Los desheredados<\/strong><\/em> and <strong>Best Editing<\/strong> for <em><strong>Estiu 1993<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>ESCAC graduates have so far obtained more than <strong>40 nominations in the technical categori<\/strong>es and <strong>19 Goya Awards<\/strong>, with the three obtained in the new director category (J.A. Bayona in 2007, Mar Coll in 2009 and Kike Ma\u00edllo in 2011) being especially noteworthy.
