The director and screenwriter Alberto Rodríguez (7 vírgenes, Grupo 7, La isla mínima and El hombre de las mil caras) came to ESCAC to present the revelation series of the year: La Peste (Movistar+).
ESCAC students were able to talk to the director about the creative process of the series and learn first-hand about the career of one of the most important filmmakers in Spanish cinema today. Rodríguez also had graduate Pau Esteve Birba as the series’ cinematographer.
Alberto Rodríguez has won three Goya Awards: Best Director and Original Screenplay for La isla mínima and Best Adapted Screenplay for El hombre de las mil caras.
