The filmmaker Alejandro Amenábar will present ‘Mientras dure la guerra‘ in a special session aimed at the students of the ESCAC, which this year celebrates its 25th anniversary.
After his film’s successful premiere at the Spanish box office, and having presented it at the San Sebastian and Toronto festivals, Oscar winner Alejandro Amenábar will take part today in a colloquium with ESCAC students.
‘Mientras dure la guerra‘ stars Karra Elejalde, Eduard Fernández, Santi Prego, Nathalie Poza, Patricia López Arnáiz, among others. The film tells a true story that portrays Spain’s recent past and recovers the figure of the exceptional writer Miguel de Unamuno.
Thanks to the collaboration of the production companies Mod Producciones, Himenópetro, K&S Films and MDLG A.I.E., the distribution company Buena vista internacional and Cinesa cinemas, ESCAC bachelor’s and master’s degree students will be able to attend this screening and take part in the discussion moderated by journalist Desirée de Fez. Throughout the course, numerous master classes will be held with leading figures from the national and international film scene.
