És la història d’un home somiador, que voleu arribar a casa després d’un dia de feina. La casa és als afores, fora dels afores, molt lluny de la ciutat. De camí visita el seu millor amic, Corneli, un altre home que viu per la zona. La nit, no és prou llarga, i no aconsegueix arribar a casa seva, a l’alba ha de tornar a la ciutat a treballar.
