The Proyecta Awards were born in 2013 as an initiative of the students of the Master’s Degree in Film Business with the aim of recognising and rewarding professionals in the film sector who have developed strategies, actions and initiatives that contribute to improving the competitiveness and profitability of film in this country.
This year’s gala was presented by the actress and presenter Tània Sarrias. These are the winners of the eighth edition of the Proyecta Awards:

The awards are organised by ESCAC with the collaboration of ComScore.
The gala of the Proyecta Awards closed the Jornadas Ópera Prima Proyecta, dedicated to the Spanish audiovisual industry. The first workshop of ESCAC’s Ópera Prima Laboratory, a series of training sessions focusing on marketing and audiovisual exploitation, was held in Barcelona from 20 to 22 June. Within this framework, special master classes were held with prominent members of the audiovisual industry and the pitching of feature film and series projects selected in the ESCAC Opera Prima Laboratory (which has the support of the ICAA), in front of representatives of the national industry.
