26.01.22 - Escac Films,

Today the nominations for the 14th edition of the Premis Gaudí de la Acadèmia del Cinema Català have been announced and we are very happy with the nomination of ANIMAL SALVATGE for Best Short Film. We congratulate the whole team and wish them the best of luck!

Animal Salvatge was presented with great success at D’A Film Festival and DOCS Barcelona.

Janira is three years old and does not speak like other children her age. Her language difficulties worry the adults around her, but she refuses to do whatever it takes to overcome them. She is happy surrounded by animals, with whom she communicates in a very special way and seems to prefer their world to that of humans. Growing up is inevitable and it is time to choose between remaining wild and adapting to society.
