Great reception of MI QUERIDA COFRADÍA at Malaga Festival

The comedy Mi querida cofradía by Marta Díaz de Lope Díaz triumphs in the press and public.

Mi querida cofradía, the Opera Prima by Marta Díaz de Lope Díaz, has been presented to great press and public acclaim at the Malaga Festival, where it is competing in the official section.

Mi querida cofradía is an amusing comedy of manners starring women, set against the backdrop of Easter Week in Malaga. The film stars Gloria Muñoz (Las furias, La vida inesperada), Pepa Aniorte (Cuerpo de élite, Palmeras en la nieve), Juan Gea (El ministerio del tiempo, Perdóname señor, Velvet), Joaquín Núñez (Ahora o nunca, Grupo 7) and Manuel Morón (7 años, Celda 211).

The film, one of the five films developed and produced within the Ópera Prima Programme, has a technical team made up mainly of ESCAC graduates.

Mi querida cofradía is produced by Escac Films in co-production with La Zanfoña Producciones and Sacromonte Films, with the support of ICAA and Junta de Andalucía, and the participation of RTVE, Canal Sur and Movistar +. The film is distributed in Spain by Acontracorriente Films and has Film Factory as its international sales agent. The film will be released in cinemas on 4 May after its screening at the festival.
