The organisers of the Proyecta Awards have decided that this year’s Inspira Award will go to the artists Javier Ambrossi, Javier Calvo and Brays Efe. The Film Business students of the ESCAC, who are involved in the organisation of the awards, wanted to highlight the ability of these artists to «make a project grow, reaching a wide audience, with a fresh, fun and innovative vision of marketing and promotion».

Javier Calvo and Javier Ambrossi have written and directed the successful musical «La llamada», for which they have received numerous awards and nominations in 2018. They have also created the series «Paquita Salas», which has just been renewed for its third season on Netflix. The series stars Brays Efe, one of the most avant-garde talents on the Spanish audiovisual scene; a multimedia artist who, together with the Javis, has managed to connect with new audiences.

The rest of the Proyecta Awards will be announced at the gala that will take place on 13 June in Barcelona.

The Proyecta Awards are organised by ESCAC and have the participation of Movistar+ and Fotogramas as official media partners, and the collaboration of ComScore.
